There is one thing that the cavemen knew alot better than what we know now, what is it? How to live and survive in the wild? That's exactly right. These foods just didn't exist in those times and are foods that we would be healthier without.
The cavemen drank only what they found. Do you know what type of drink people had access to for centuries? Correct, good old fashioned H20, or water. If a magic potion for weight loss and increased health existed it would truly just be water. Nowadays, there is a great number of people walking around extremely dehydrated and on top of that having numerous side effects that could all be fixed by just drinking water. Side effects such as hunger, headaches, constipation and digestive discomfort can be easily resolved by a few cups of water.
Cavemen were relatively active for the majority of the day. This isn't exactly a part of the caveman's best diet but is essential when it comes to fat loss and optimized health. If you were to tell a caveman to sit in an office chair all day, then go sit on a couch for the rest of the night, he would look at you like you are crazy. You need to get moving. Movement isn't just meant to be formal exercise. Try taking the stairs to your office, walking the parking lot, or walking around the office itself every hour or so, just to keep you from sitting all day. The modern man today would quickly fall over from exhaustion if they tried to copy the daily activities of a caveman.
