Being outdoors is very calming. I suggest whistling or singing as you walk. It brings happy thoughts.


3. Remain calm. In saying this, i mean try not to stress over the little things. Stress can kill, no matter how healthy your diet is.


4. Do not swap your current diet for a low-fat one. It may be that your heart condition can get worse if you do this. Just drop the bad fats instead like hydrogenated oil and the oils in donuts and french fries and only eat healthier fats such as olive oil, salmon, walnuts, coconut oil and whole organic eggs.


5. You don't have to be afraid of saturated fats. Heart disease is not caused by eating saturated fats. Processed foods, sugars and the overabundance of refined carbohydrates is what is really making people so sick.
