2. Put extra freshly ground flaxseeds in your meals. Flaxseeds can be purchased in many health food outlets along with the majority of supermarkets these days. Try grounding them to add to your daily coffee, fruits, oatmeal or yoghurt. This will raise the amount of healthy fibers your body takes on and also add extra omega 3 to your diet.


3. Include raw foods in each meal. Make sure you serve at least one raw component to each meal. Fresh fruit is a good example and can be added to lunches and breakfasts. Tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots are other examples to include in dinners and also lunches. Don't exclude cooked veges as they are also good for you but consuming raw gives your body access to the naturally occuring enzymes.
